Free shipping is available on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days. Europe: 7 to 14 business days. United States and Canada: 10 to 20 business days. Rest of World: 14 to 30 business days. Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

  1. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. AQVeloura is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
