Return and Refund Policy

At AQVeloura, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons, and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  1. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@aqveloura.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@aqveloura.com

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time to process. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@aqveloura.com

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
